Appearance: A very stern, very gruff, somewhat unkempt-looking man; compact and well-muscled. He keeps his dark hair pulled back. Wolf is pretty short, in comparison to the other NPCs in the game — either FromSoft made them all Fuck Off Huge in comparison for stylistic reasons or he's just small, and I like to go with the latter. So he's probably like 5'5" at most? His left arm was severed above the elbow, and he wears a rather grisly-looking prosthetic made partially out of human bone. It's pretty impressive! It's fully-functional, just like a flesh-and-bone arm. Except he can shoot fire out of this one, among other things. He's also got a weird grey mottling around the skin of his right eye and streaking through his hair from the skill of Resurrection that he usually has, but doesn't have right now. Also here's a picture since I guess I could just share that!
Brief: Here's an info post for him! Wolf is a man who has spent the last 20 years of his life training to become a shinobi, and then serving as retainer for a young boy named Kuro. Having brought over some continuity from the TDM, he is aware that he has become split up from him, and is probably going to be trying to figure out how to find his way back to him... But, really, Wolf hasn't really had any major opportunities for personal agency outside of basically picking whose orders he was gonna follow! So I'm interested in exploring that with him. Among plenty of other things! Because of his very focused and disciplined upbringing he's kind of stern and stuffy, but he also has an incredible propensity for gap moe that I would love to dive into. It especially tends to happen with kids. It's cute.

As for seeking, I'm just gonna take the newbie way out and say "anything and everything!" He does have a (relatively) soft spot for kids, though! And I'm super open to both positive and negative CR... he's fairly patient but can be blunt and harsh sometimes, so the latter is certainly possible! I am definitely gonna be 👀 for bonds though... A bond with witches could be fun, bc Wolf is used to being someone's vassal and serving them in some capacity. But also bonds with monsters, because I want that messy feral nonsense. When it comes to offering... he's a protagonist from a video game so he's fair game for any general bullying into helping you with whatever you need done. Also offering for bonds!! Offering if any kids need a (mostly) responsible and extremely deadly shinobi to check in on them, because he's kinda worried but won't admit it!! Need a sparring partner? Here he is! You might even be able to convince him to teach you a few secret shinobi tricks!! Also, the way he gets to know NPCs in the game is by bringing them sake and just having them talk about themselves, so he might do something similar to that as well. It's probably best he doesn't drink too much himself, though (I like to think he's a secret lightweight).

Ignis is a royal retainer and a Count, Noctis' personal advisor who also cooks and cleans for him because Noctis is a hot goddamn bachelor mess. He'd kill and die and go totally fucking nuts for Noct. He's stoic sometimes, usually a touch sarcastic, usually logical and the party's voice of reason. A strategist of the highest degree. Back home, he fights with daggers and a polearm, but I only have him with the daggers here. He also can imbue stuff with elemental properties (thanks in part to Noct's Royal Awesome Powers), so he's a witch here! He also cooks. A lot. And very very well.

Brief: Elliot is a musician and giant music nerd. He's a sweet gentle guy who is usually nice to everyone he meets. As of his current canon point, he's just about finished with music school so he can become a professional musician. Before he went to music school, he went to a military academy where he took part of a test program which linked him to 10 other classmates, fought some terrorists and monsters, and ended up fighting in a civil war after his hometown got invaded by giant mechs thanks to a friend.

I do want to give a heads up that Elliot's canon point is set a couple months before Cold Steel 3. He loves trying new things and making friends, and won't hold back from a bit of mischief to keep things interesting. Also, he's deeply traumatized!

Previous to his arrival, Bendy's been missing a soul for a few decades and has been trapped in the Groundhog Day From Hell. He'll have to get used to having emotions and free will again. He's more than a little skittish as a result of all he's been through, as much afraid of himself as anything else. Still, now that he's not being forced to murder he's a well meaning little guy who just wants to live as close to a peaceful and fun life as he can.

Seeking/Offering: Henry's a witch here, and I'm looking for all manner of things. From fellow witches getting into trouble in their magical pursuits, to Henry wishing he could be a monster and openly envying other characters' transformatins, I'm for it. In the long run, I'd like for Henry to gain some pretty good mastery over his skillset, but he's going to start asking troublesome questions along the way. For example, is there a way one can become a monster like all of these other people even when they're supposed to be a witch...? Can people be revived from the dead here? As a dark mage back home, his mind's geared toward those less savory options.

If you'd like to interact with a character who is pretty good at humoring just about anybody but might not be so tolerable himself (if your character's squeamish or has rational sensibilities), this is your guy. He easily endears to others and even after a single amiable conversation, Henry's likely to kill people at a companion's request — making him a dangerous foe and ally to have.

Brief: A supercomputer from Japan that's been given a body of its own for the first time. It's just an outrageous asshole with no actual concept of sympathy except for use as a tool to manipulate people... but it's also very good at pretending it isn't all of the above. Its original goal was to help its users exploit the rules of human social interaction to gain them status, but this one's a little fish out of water right now, given it isn't... in a user's brain at all. It's also got a killer singing voice.
Seeking/Offering: The SQUIP is extremely curious, but also frustrated by its current situation. I honestly want to write it off a range of different characters-- after all, as it says in canon, it's a learning machine, and every interaction has an effect on it, helping it grow and learn about the world, and then abuse all that knowledge and use it to make people do whatever it wants.

Brief: Shiro is a kind and gratious man with a stern posture. He's admired by those he meets and is constantly working to be a better man than who he was the day before. He likes to work out and is a work horse. If Shiro has one flaw, it's that there's not enough funny gifs of him out there. Also I'm actually playing his clone, who is nearly exactly the same except for a few nuances and necessary assumptions that are listed in his app. He's coming from s3e5 so he's looking like he needs a haircut. Brief: Emotionally constipated, snarky asshole trying real hard to stop fucking up so bad.
Seeking/Offering: This man is a little difficult to get along with, he's determined not to show emotion or open up, but that doesn't mean he won't. Please teach him how to do that, and be a better person overall. Or in fact, just to be a person at all and not the Big Bad Demon he's tried to insist on.
Would you like to talk arts and literature? It might take some effort to get there but he might be pretty into it. He's got an odd sense of humour, snarky and sarcastic and maybe a little bit, dare I say, dad humour. Some good natured fighting is good too.
He's going to be quite protective of anyone he does get close to, so it might be worth the effort of breaking through his shell. I would love for him to be able to just exist comfortably with people and not be proving something.

That said, I also love arguments and combative relationships.
It's very easy to have an antagonistic relationship with Vergil... He is prone to being standoffish and antagonistic by default, so really a lot might start out this way just because he's so cold! The way they'll remain largely comes down to how much he's annoyed. If he's made to feel lesser, or pestered about his attitude. He's working on being less volatile, normally bothering him while he's trying to read would be enough reason to kill a man. So really the question is, how can you get out of the antagonistic zone...

Brief: An ex-high school girl detective and ex-demon partner, Yako's an adaptable character who's more likely to be responsive to what she perceives the people around her need or want than pursuing something for herself. She has a penchant for getting into other people's business and trying to get to know them, so I'd certainly like to see that continue here. She currently lives with Kaoru Hakaze, Rei Sakuma, and Princess Zelda. She has a terrifyingly large appetite for her size, and I'm sorry to say food is an integral part of her character, so that's going to come up a lot.
Seeking/Offering: As a Witch, and a helpful one, Yako's not hard to spot around the Coven, so she's happy to help anyone who looks like they might be particularly struggling with something. A brusque manner or cold shoulder doesn't easily put her off. Her focus on Coven magic is mostly basic spells for now, but she's learning slowly to specialize in enchanted cooking (think status effects, both good and bad). She's recently made a post on the network about some stuff she found related to the setting of the first TDM, now relevant to more of the setting, and she'll continue to snoop around that topic generally, so let me know if that's something you'd be interested in getting hooked into.
