HANDWAVED CR AND MINGLE MEME
Has your character been here for a while now? Are you tired of meeting characters for the first time even though they've been actually sharing a class and/or work space for a month now? Well, here is the solution for you! The Handwaved CR Meme! Instead of stressing out trying to thread with every character you would reasonably encounter right off the bat, here is an opportunity to OOCly discuss and establish casual meetings and connections that have already happened but never had the time or need to be threaded out.

This is best used for things like characters sharing a class in the Coven, or working in the same location, or pursuing the same quests. Or maybe even being roomates! Anything where characters have been occupying the same space for the last while, but haven't had the opportunity to thread it out yet. Get those first building blocks of CR out of the way, and prepare yourself for more intense threading later.

THE RULES:

I'm going to start off by posting some different subject headers, centered around common activities or locations I can think of. Beneath these headers, you can go ahead and post about what your character is generally doing there and the impression they may give off.
Then, other people react! Reply to people who have posted with how your character would generally engage with their presence, and establish some nice, casual CR. Are you that loudmouth that won't stop talking over people in Evocation class? This is where people can tell you how you make them feel!
Post your own subject headers! I'm just putting up what comes to mind, but if you have other subjects you'd like to mingle over, go ahead and make them a reality.
These don't necessarily have to be first meetings, it can also be used to flesh out CR you've established elsewhere.

wwx's job is pretty decent, he's not getting paid because he's too busy wanting to learn various skills that apply to the talismans from it. it's a pretty easy learning experience for him since he use to do things like this back home (talismans to hold down corpses, attract corpses... bro.. corpses!) so he uses that same idea but with whatever runetchers allows him. he's professional enough, he knows what he's doing but he likes to add his own fun mix to it.

most of the time there's always a certain rune that's on sell he tries to give out by allowing a freebie so a person can test it out, a generous buffoon who wants the shop to prosper but he's a lively guy, always making conversation with the customers and bothering any of his employees (listen if we work together.. let him bother you.. please, he'll even bring back alcohol so they never have a not fun day)

So speaking of corpses

Papyrus has been working Runetchers nearly as long as he's been in Aefenglom, working fulltime with some skill - he has a steady hand, without any muscle tremors to distract him, and some background in various artistic shenanigans. He can't put any magic into them due to being a monster (twice over), but he can lay out the designs well enough.

And he is a skeleton. So I'm guessing there might have been a startled first reaction?

Past that, he can be another loud, lively sort, but he's just as willing to let other loud people dominate the conversation, asking (sometimes odd) questions and chiming in with tangenty commentary.

omg if he makes neat artistic creations then wwx wouldn't mind putting the spells on them, the harder the better because he's trying to train himself up and because how they both are i think they'd be able to make some pretty good ideas together; they're very innovative

BUT BRO... WWX MIGHT TEAR UP. YOU ARE. SO. BEAUTIFUL! he'd probably cling to papyrus and touch his bones, he's just so clingy he loves the undead do you know you're a Cultivators best friend? honestly when they first met I bet wwx probably dropped like his glass or whatever it was in the shop and ofc some people would be scared but he prob ran up to pap like WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE!!!

but yes omg I'm sure they'd have good conversations and be like lively in the shop together and since wwx is a dumbass i'm sure when he uses animal attraction seals and a dog runs in he prob hides behind papyrus and cries for him to get it out please he's SPOOKED
