Special Fourth Wall EMP!

Happy one-year anniversary, Aefenglom! In honor of this special occasion and to make up for delaying our application round, this month we are having a Fourth Wall Event, open to all who want to try out a character in the setting. Don't let your dreams be dreams. Keep in mind that for this Fourth Wall, characters who would not normally be appable will be allowed, except for CRAU, and with the caveat of "be considerate to each other" with regards to doubles, etc. Otherwise, have fun!

Feel free to use this post for characters you'd like to see, or to float characters you might want to bring, make plans with people who aren't already part of the game, etc! (The CR Meme on the 3rd will be for current players/characters. Fourth wall guests should use this instead.)

Fourth wall characters will arrive through various mundane mirrors throughout Aefenglom after a little mishap at the Looking-Glass House. This means that yes, you might stumble out of someone's bathroom mirror unexpectedly, sorry about that! Once here, everyone will begin accelerated transformations into Monsters or Witches, but unfortunately, their presence here is not so tied down as proper Mirrorbound, and by June 1st, they will all vanish back into the mirrors around the city. ICly they will know their stay is tentative, but no one will know exactly when they'll disappear.

Still, that's plenty of time to explore a little, or reunite with old friends.

Aefenglom is a sex-friendly, panfandom fantasy game, set in the post-apocalyptic world of Geardagas. Character choices can affect overarching plot, and the characters' ultimate goal will be to help rebalance the world by stopping the growth of the Cwyld, a magical blight infecting both the land and inhabitants living in places left unprotected. There are many things to learn about the world and how it came to be along the way that will help in discovering both the cause of the Cwyld and how to get home.

Possibly Bringing: Arthur Pendragon (Fate/Grand Order)
Tell Us More: He’s King Arthur. You know, the King of Knights, the Once and Future King, the Holy Sword Wielder, ideal annoying self-sacrificing do-gooder, etc... He used to live here! He worked at Dragon’s Tinctures, making the alchemical potions there taste better, and was Bonded to Ozymandias. He was also temporarily enslaved in a Dorchacht shared dream and when they physically went there as ambassadors, he got pulled down into the basement for some fun “examination” time (read: lowkey torture and mindfuckery). So basically, what I’m saying is he won’t be happy to be back, but at least he gets to see some old friends.
Choice: Monster. A dragon of the red-gold variety. He’ll have his growth spurt again as a dragon who’s a bit on the smaller side (around 6-foot-something) and his hair will probably grow out some.
Basic Plans: Here to break hearts and hoard all your shiny things. Okay, no, but seriously, he’ll be moving back in with Ozman for the duration of his stay or until something blows up. I was really too ill and busy with work back while I was here to get properly involved with the overarching plot, but Arthur will be very interested in hearing about the political developments.
Anything Else: The Merlins make fun of him because he’s like a man pushing 40 stuck in a teenager’s body. It’s so rude.
