Hello, thank you for joining us, and welcome to Aefenglom! The Intro Log will be going on later today at 3PM EST; keep an eye out for it! For now though, it's time to mingle and make friends, grab some CR, check out some quests, and get hopping!

Introduction: Hi everyone! It's really nice to play with all of you! I'm currently a website moderator for a children's gaming site who is going back to school for cosmetology. I'm in a couple other games aside from this one so you'll see me mention them on plurk! I also have a dog child who I love very much. Please let me share pictures of her. I love showing her off and talking about my little brat.

Brief: Bernadetta is a very shy and anxious young woman who is most comfortable when she can spend time alone in her room. Due to the way her father treated her as a child, she has very poor self image and is not used to people wanting to be friends with her. Still, she wants friendship and she'll try her hardest for people who show an interest in her! With an interest in weird things (ex: she finds carnivorous plants to be adorable) and a strong creative streak, she'll be a fun person to be friends with once she warms up to you.

She is a monster here and is one of the Fae! The transformation will definitely bring about some panic so just have some patience with her until she realizes the fun she can have with her new state. She's a very good girl in the end. She's just been through A LOT.

Seeking/Offering:
- Friendship! Omg please let her be friends with you. It's something she longs for from the very depth of her soul. She'll probably think she isn't worthy of it but you can always be sure with Bernie that she's going to try her best for you. Especially if it means she can make you smile.
- Positive Reinforcement! Please help Bernie get out of her own head. She can very easily let her own anxieties catch up to her and just needs a firm but gentle voice of reason to remind her that she's not as worthless as she believes herself to be.
- Artistic Things! Let her make you some cute thing! She's very good at sewing and embroidery. One of her favorite things to do is make little plushies or accessories. Especially for people that she thinks of as her friends. But she is also talented as story writing and painting and cooking as well!
- Mischief! As one of the Fae it'll be good for her to be able to end up causing/fall into mischief with people. Help her get out there so she can open up to the world more!

Anyway, I'm so excited to be here and I can't wait to get started!

Hello my fellow noble girl who has extreme anxiety caused by an abusive father who broke her confidence when trying to train her to take a submissive role associated with women and never went outdoors but left this situation by the actions of a mother figure in an action that has someone claiming that she was kidnapped and she finds people who accept her and also that she has a skill that could be strong in combat. (DEEP BREATH)

We're also going to be roomies-ish because Edelgard is taking this small in due to noblesse oblige and I assume Bernie will be living there, too! It's a big mansion but they'll probably run into each other at some point. She will be very confused by anyone being scared of her on sight since she is a tiny child (she refuses to be called a child).

...So that'll be fun! I don't have any specific plans, but I already was hoping to tag you at some point even before we were going to share a mansion, so I'm looking forward to doing so assuming you're also into this idea.

Sephiroth might intimidate her more than immediately ping her for friendship but I think this would still make for some interesting CR. He may be able to help with the positive reinforcement bit in his own aloof sort of way with time, however.

Still smh over the fact we can't canonically kick Count Varley's ass into the next FE game for being such a gross piece of shit. Anyway, hi Erin! I'm Ash and was one of the hopeful Felix players pre-reserves. I'd still love to have CR with Bernadetta. She and Stiles can bond over their mutual love for weird things? And her anxieties are on such a whole different level that it could potentially kickstart Stiles into trying to mentor her – he's used to people with bizarrely underdeveloped social skills (he dated a werecoyote who spent like half her life as a fully shifted coyote in the wild, so...same thing, right). Also if she ever makes him something, he will literally treasure it forever and ever and ever.

Fae is such a cute choice for her, btw.

I feel like anxiety and self-loathing combo will work out pretty well. Not that Juza lets people know about his own self-loathing that often.

He's also got a lot of experience in being patient and in reminding people that they're better than they think they are.

Hi there! I'm Sam, and I play this grumpy pink thing (Kaede) here. She's a pointy Chimera on top of the pink and traumatized serial killer and tends not to be good at socializing or talking to people like a human person. Unfortunately she'll be even grumpier this month specifically.

But! If she sees Bernie drawing or painting anything, like a design sketch or something, Kaede will likely appear at her elbow immediately. Because her dead girlfriend was also a shy drawfriend and seeing someone else do that gives her Complicated Feelings.

Unfortunately Kaede's resting serial killer face is on 90% of the time. Sorry for the heart attack. But she could get an early preview of Kaede's squishy center under all the prickle!

Kaede's Jekyll personality, Nyu, would be a much kinder and more supportive Aggressive Friendship Friend, but she's unfortunately asleep for now. Maybe sometime soon!

Bernie's such a great character, I'd love for her and Ienzo to meet! Ienzo's really polite and doesn't get thrown off easily. He also likes books and literature. If that's something she's interested in? Though he's generally curious anyhow.
