Hello, thank you for joining us, and welcome to Aefenglom! The Intro Log will be going on later today at 3PM EST; keep an eye out for it! For now though, it's time you new people to mingle and make friends, grab some CR, check out some quests, and get hopping!

ritsu'll be super interested in meeting rean, especially if he actually finds out this is the guy elliot was talking about... will probably just call him protag-kun or something as a nickname... won't explain why or what the hell harem manga is... elliot can handle all of that, rean's his friend after all

This is like-- within the first ten minutes of the game, too. He truly does have a harem protag's luck.

I would absolutely love CR with Ritsu~ Rean will be pretty confused about the nickname unless some literature is pointed out to him, but I'm sure it'll just become something he Tolerates

It's even funnier because in CS3 he becomes a hot teacher and his students can also... become options..........

oh....... hm..... sounds like a game i should check out..... i mean the way you described it initially pinged me as "this sounds like my jam" but now...

i say that but i bet i wouldn't even end up choosing any of the students. i'm a sham. hot teacherdom is wasted on me. and rean, probably.

Oh man, you should! CS is real fun and you can get it on PS4 as well as PC now! It's hard to describe because there's not much out there like it, but if you like Persona at all (right down to the turn based combat and having to juggle supports) it's a solid choice.

Hot teacherdom also wasted on Rean for sure, he has a little (adopted) sister who has a huge ass crush on him and he's too dumb to notice. He's just dumb. I am pleased to say that the paths with the boys can be just as romantic as the ones with the girls, though. The game does not discriminate.

that is excellent to hear and if i don't manage to get my hands on it to play myself, i'll definitely check out a thorough let's play of it!! i've been aching for a new jrpg series to dig into since waiting for the next persona game is lowkey killing me and i've drifted away from more recent tales of games... my last big one i actually completed was xillia 2. i tried zestiria and i definitely loved all the characters... the seraph system..... i just had a horrible time wandering around directionless for hours because they gave me freedom and no skits to break it up.

The PC/PS4 re-releases have a ton more voiced lines, like, a ton, so it's worth finding a newer LP if you can~

I hear you on the newer Tales games though. Speaking as someone who literally plays from Zestiria, the way they did skits in that game was dumb as hell, so I don't blame you for not super enjoying it. Berseria went the other direction and felt like it was more skits than cutscenes. Hopefully Arise is better whenever it comes out five or ten years from now. lmfao
