  Hey there everyone! Because of the level of interest and conversation happening with Aefenglom, we decided that we would offer an opportunity: Are you on the fence about a character, or having trouble choosing between Witch or Monsters? Want to see if there's anyone considering a castmate? You could even find out if you can enable someone into being one! This is similar to an EMP/ATP meme, in theory, although has the interesting note of being before game start. Not sure how you got here? Have no fear! Aefenglom is a sex-friendly, panfandom fantasy game, set in the post-apocalyptic world of Geargadas. Character choices can affect overarching plot, and the characters' ultimate goal will be to help rebalance the world by stopping the growth of the Cwyld, a magical blight infecting both the land and inhabitants living in places left unprotected. There are many things to learn about the world and how it came to be along the way that will help in discovering both the cause of the Cwyld and how to get home. Players have a choice in what their character becomes, and how they make the best (or worst) of it. Explore the city, the world, the Bonds that can be made between you and others - and see just how much you can uncover about yourself and the world around you. Interested? tired irish ladDiarmuid ua Duibhne from Fate/Zero!Tell Us More: A hero from Celtic mythology summoned as a Servant. Long story short, he's blessed/cursed with a lovespot/mole on his cheek that makes women fall hopelessly in love with him which, in his past life, eventually screwed him over hardcore and ended with him getting gored by a boar. He's a Good Boy, just really unlucky and eager to please but if I take him from the end of F/Z, he'll be really pissed too.
Choice: Witch, probably, but Merrow could be interesting too in the sense of "your instant attraction magic is gone but this world is totally judging you by making you a siren-like monster anyway". I'm still brainstorming ideas, though, so suggestions are welcome!
Basic Plans: Oh man, it'll be really unsettling for him to not have a Master or lord to serve- Diarmuid takes oaths and contracts very seriously and like nine times out of ten they end badly for him so it'll be really interesting to see how that whole bond thing works out for him. On the plus side, not having to kill everyone and having that whole charm magic thing out of the picture could be really liberating. Honestly, I want him to be miserable and happy in equal parts.

Choice: i mean it would just be silly to pick anything other than fae bring on the bugs
Basic Plans: Okay to be honest he's probably going to go straight back to causing trouble, getting in everyone's way and generally acting like the baddest bitch in the room at any given moment. But I'd also like to dig in a little more and explore the numerous ways this place could screw with him; he's not the most stable guy in the world and things could get messy really fast, especially when you throw powers into the mix. I haven't decided whether I'd bring along his Golisopod but it'd be really fun lbr

HE'D MAKE A REALLY GOOD MERROW..... but yeah it totally depends on the witch:monster ratio since I don't have a super strong preference either way. I love the idea of fae!Cu but witch!Cu would be great too- he can show Diarmuid how to actually do That Magic Shit and laugh at his failed attempts.
