OOC INTRO: OCTOBER

Hello, thank you for joining us, and welcome to Aefenglom! You can jump in and begin playing whenever you'd like. This mini-round of new characters will arrive in the Looking-Glass House at 3 am on Octeuril 15th and take the Coven somewhat by surprise. For now though, it's time to mingle and make friends, grab some CR, check out some quests, and get hopping!

To help get this all started, we've got a nifty form for everyone to fill out! Feel free to keep this either to one comment, or to split it in two - it's your choice.



Player Name: Your name, handle, whatever you'd like!
Pronouns: Your preferred pronouns.
Contact: Preferred method of contact - discord, plurk, twitter, PM, ye olde MSN messenger, etc.
Interests: What are you interested in? Any cool canons? What can someone expect to find on your social media, or what do you like talking about? Etc.
Timezone: Where are you in the world?
Introduction: Anything else! Extra notes, a fun image (as long as it isn't too big, at least!), trivia and facts, and so on. Feel free to write an actual brief intro here too, if you'd like.

Character Name: Name & username!
Canon: Exactly as it says.
Appearance: Link an image or describe your character; if there's anything notable about them at first meeting, put it here!
Brief: A few words to sum up your character, a couple of lines to tell what they're about, whatever you'd like. If you have an info post all ready to go, feel free to link it in addition to your summary! Put any plans or ideas you have for your character in Aefenglom too, if you'd like to keep TDM threads, etc.

Hi there! I'm passingly familiar with Light, and I enjoyed the TDM thread with him and Kaede. Would you be interested in keeping that as canon or starting fresh?

Bonus Fun Fact: one of her Bonded-in-law's canonmates also calls herself Light, so Kaede might look at him funny at first.

It might be even odder if she ever sees it spelled out in Japanese. It's spelled Tsuki, which means moon. Which is basically saying my name is spelled Bob but pronounced Henry.

I'm all for keeping it, haha. How would you like to handwave it? I was thinking Kaede would return to herself after Light pulled off the collar, or we could have the nightmare end right as he does and he could meet her uncollared self in the city.

Haha, Kaede's been low key assuming everyone in Aef just speaks weird Japanese. This won't help.

I'd love for them to meet again! I've just been slow lately, since, like, [loud gestures at the state of the world]. But I'm getting to the intro log in fits and starts finally.

I like the idea of having it end as Light pulls it off. They can meet again in the city after ^^
