OOC INTRO: FEBRUARY

- Hello, thank you for joining us, and welcome to Aefenglom! The Intro Log will be going on later today at 3PM EST; keep an eye out for it! For now though, it's time to mingle and make friends, grab some CR, check out some quests, and get hopping!
To help get this all started, we've got a nifty form for everyone to fill out! Feel free to keep this either to one comment, or to split it in two - it's your choice.
Player Name: Your name, handle, whatever you'd like!
Pronouns: Your preferred pronouns.
Contact: Preferred method of contact - discord, plurk, twitter, PM, ye olde MSN messenger, etc.
Interests: What are you interested in? Any cool canons? What can someone expect to find on your social media, or what do you like talking about? Etc.
Timezone: Where are you in the world?
Introduction: Anything else! Extra notes, a fun image (as long as it isn't too big, at least!), trivia and facts, and so on. Feel free to write an actual brief intro here too, if you'd like.
Character Name: Name & username!
Canon: Exactly as it says.
Appearance: Link an image or describe your character; if there's anything notable about them at first meeting, put it here!
Brief: A few words to sum up your character, a couple of lines to tell what they're about, whatever you'd like. If you have an info post all ready to go, feel free to link it in addition to your summary! Put any plans or ideas you have for your character in Aefenglom too, if you'd like to keep TDM threads, etc.
Seeking/Offering: What type of CR you're looking for, what type of characters your character would Bond with or that you think would help them best, etc. and what you can offer in return.

Hello Emily! Nice to meet you.

He absolutely means well but has so little experience with healthy social interactions that there'll be a learning curve. After which he'll no doubt shank anyone that steps to her, which may or may not be the appropriate response. Either way.
It's so nice to meet you too!

In some ways, it helps that Leslie's experience with healthy social interactions is so very new, because she might not notice some of his slip-ups. And then sometimes their lack of experience might ressonate and suddenly it's worse, BUT ONLY SOMETIMES. I joke that Leslie's true power as a protagonist is not that she had rare magical ability in her canon, but that she's cute in a way that gets dangerous people who aren't huge assholes to want to protect her, so this response seems right to me!
