That's okay, I'd be surprised to find many people who played it. Even among Tales games not many people picked it up due to it being a Vita title and not getting much advertising. Which is a shame because it's honestly one of the better written Tales games and I adore its characters.

Eccentricities aside, Kor is an absolute sweetie, and from what I remember of Mikasa in AoT, I think they'll get along great after they get to know each other. Despite differing personalities they have pretty similar ideologies when it comes to why they do what they do.

It's one that I wanted, but getting a vita has been hard for the last 5 years. Nowhere sells them. I think with Takes I got stuck on Graces inn quests with the item qualities and shards and died inside.

But Phantasia was the first game I picked, played and completed when I was little. So it has a special place in my heart.

I'm kinda curious about that, because Mikasa's ideologue is 'Life is short and tough, but it's amazing.' Just the anime kinda cut 90% of her personality.

That's not too far from how he operates. He believes in living his life to his utmost capacity and not wasting the chance he's given to make it matter, because every moment of life is precious.

He also takes protecting his friends and loved ones very seriously, often to the point of disregarding his own safety, because in his eyes if you have the power to do something then you should do it, and if there's something you want to do then you find a way to make it happen.

Thought Mikasa is kinda too sad to function at the moment. Some things happened and she just wants to hide somewhere and cry.

Aww man, poor Mikasa. It's kind of a shame, under normal circumstances, Kor would be perfectly suited for dealing with that, since he has a special ability that allows him to enter a person's heart and help them deal with emotional trauma that they might not be able to handle on their own, kinda like a deep dive therapy. a really deep dive therapy. He can't do anything like that here, unfortunately, at least not until he learns a suitable magic replacement, so he'd have to do it through his words and good feelings alone.
