- Hello, thank you for joining us, and welcome to Aefenglom! The Intro Log will be going on later today at 3PM EST; keep an eye out for it! For now though, it's time to mingle and make friends, grab some CR, check out some quests, and get hopping!

Introduction: Hello all. I'm becks, I live a country that rains too much and I actually hate most teas so maybe I'm an imposter in my own home country. I finally unwrapped and played Cold Steel 3, immediately zeroed in on the Complicated One, went "yes that one's my favourite" and got called out by everyone who knows me for not straying from my brand in the slightest and now I'm here. I'm also allergic to talking about myself so now I must go.
Character Name: Ash Carbide (
Canon: The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel
Appearance: He's too tall, what the heck
Brief: Uhhhhhhhhh. Well first of all, there are a lot of spoilers under all this so shout me if you want to avoid any of that. It shouldn't be too much of an issue, as Ash keeps all his problems locked up like fort knox and never talks about them ever so it's ... unlikely anything will come out suddenly. In brief though he's a student at a military academy although you wouldn't think it given that he ignores rules like the plague and is drawn to action and dangerous-but-fun things like a moth to flame. He's also pretty blunt with anyone and everyone, but is a genuinely good kid under his.. everything. He looks out for the people he care about, and while he isn't the gentlest person he does have a knack for being there and offering support in his own way when needed.

• anyone who would not stop him fom finding a drink - he's from an entertainment town with a hostess as an adopted mother, so literally anywhere he goes he'll look for the bars and casinos and absolutely knows how to gamble and drink.
• people willing to get him in a headlock and drag him into learning magic - Ash is very... anti-occult, which is 100% why I made him a witch, tbh.
• people who'll fight him
• people who won't be offended by his blunt speech and attitude - although he'll find it funnier if they are, honestly... so...

• one gently flaming mess of a person
• someone to bring you back to earth with a bump
• someone to ignore your emotional woe and tell you put on your big person pants and get moving

• someone to bicker with, but once you do manage to get close to him he's pretty loyal and a good guy underneath... wow. his everything. there's a lot here.

Ash sounds like a COMPLETE wild one, omg. i am predicting viren will be somewhat put off by him, but he can also roll with strong personalities... sometimes. either way, im down for whatever dumpster fire may ensue.
