Hello, thank you for joining us, and welcome to Aefenglom! The Intro Log will be going on later today at 3PM EST; keep an eye out for it! For now though, it's time to mingle and make friends, grab some CR, check out some quests, and get hopping!

Brief: Hector is going to be coming in as a faun, so he is losing his necromatic powers. he is going to be bummed about this (though once he stops sulking, he'll be hype for nature magic, and the ability to be a biologist proper). He is also arriving with one formerly undead, now re-living pug named Cezar, who the mods showed their kindness upon by restoring to actual life.

I'm cool with making any TDM threads official.

-Also people to smack him upside the head when he is about to make stupid decisions.

Connor is a bit shaky on his ability to protect people right now because magic tends to trump fists and he is Aware of this but he would definitely try!

If they ever become buds, Trevor here is turning into a vampire (I think he mentioned this on the TDM maybe???) and he's got himself 1 blood donor currently but I mean. Waggles eyebrows. Though I'd need to see if faun blood has any weird properties to it that might make him trip out.

Yeah, I know Treffy's a vamp, but Hector's in for a surprise because Trevor was being cagey when he asked. But yes, Trevor's the only one of the trio who Hector thinks he isn't in immediate danger from, so come take his blood. It'll be great. He's turning into a sheep faun, so maybe he'll taste like mutton.

hey there, i'm crystal! in addition to akko here, i also play ozymandias who does not have dogs, but does have a sphinx kitten and is v focused in conjuration. so idk if u wanna pet a cat, hector, but it's there.

akko would probably also willingly be up his butt pelting him with 6000 questions and will definitely want to pet his pug. so if you would like to get hassled by a noisy teen, that option is also there.

i'm just v excited to see the questionably good boy hector around these parts!!

Hi Crystal! Umm, Hector absolutely accepts cat-pets as well as dog pets, so let him get all up on that sphinx. He doesn't really know how to deal with children/teens, so Akko absolutely needs to come pester him and push him out of his comfort zone! (Also, come love on the pug, he needs all the loves)

Hi Liisa, I'm Ash! I kept opening up Hector's top-level on the TDM to tag him but was like "oh my god I can't just subject this person to such negative CR right off the bat" because WOW will Stiles balk at Hector's ideology. I can't predict how their potential CR will go besides the fact that they'll probably rub each other the wrong way, while simultaneously agreeing on small things like how cute Cezar is. Congrats on being alive again, lil buddy!!

I checked your app re: canon point and WHEW, I'm relieved he's pre-Carmilla going full fledged abusive femdom on him (that scene was hard for me to watch). Too bad he doesn't have that sexy collar though 👀

Hi Ash! Yeah, Hector's...just starting to realize that maybe he got bamboozled by vamps. It's been a long slow process lined with copious amounts of denial.

I'm down for any kind of CR, though, so if these dudes need to butt heads, that's fine by me. Cezar is going to be the one thing that everyone agrees on, which is how it should be.

And yeah, I was torn on canon-point, but went with the point in time where he definitely has his dog and isn't completely broken in spirit yet. But hey, maybe if Netflix finally gets around to dropping season 3, I can canon update and collars will be a thing

She's generally pretty chill with necromancy and has been here for a long time as a witch. Maybe we could work some CR that isn't "ATONE FOR YOUR SINS BOY"

Hakuno has never actually met a dog in the flesh, and as such would be very enthusiastic upon meeting Hector's boy. It was pretty interesting seeing how their anachronistic conversation built up, and I think overall they hit it off pretty well!
