Hello, thank you for joining us, and welcome to Aefenglom! The Intro Log will be going on later today at 3PM EST; keep an eye out for it! For now though, it's time to mingle and make friends, grab some CR, check out some quests, and get hopping!

I mean, she was pretty fascinated by just getting to see TREES. UP CLOSE!! in the TDM dream, so talking about animals will be something she'll be interested in. We'll see if it keeps up after a few hours BUT AT LEAST INITIALLY SHE'S INTO THIS IDEA.

Thank you for the welcome! And for the availability for teaching magic. Please at least stop this small child from overworking herself to collapse. She's had literally one day of lessons from a tutor who is not a terrible person at this canon point so she doesn't know how to pace herself properly when everything is available.

Look, Newt has a lot he can talk about so I'm sure she'll get to learn a lot at least...

He'll take good care of her. Newt is like super motherly (he refers to himself as mummy to some of the younger creatures he cared for so...). He definitely will be a good tutor and also a good person. Please calm down child. Please do not blow anything up...

He can teach her about plants! He's pretty knowledgeable of like natural remedies through herbology, so he can also talk plants.

Ooh! She’d also be interested in that! One part a very curious kid and one part Hubert miiiight end up teaching her how to make poisons so the other end of effect on a human body could be a good counterbalance.

She asked Hubert what subterfuge is in the TDM dream and he was sufficiently impressed by her intelligence for her age that there’s a chance of him teaching her some of his tricks. Don’t worry, she probably won’t actually poison anyone. No promises, though.
