1. Post a top level with your character(s).
2. Respond to other people's top levels with your characters, most likely the ones you have CR between. Other people will respond to your top level in turn.
3. Tell them in as much detail as you like what your character thinks of theirs, and they'll do the same for you! Don't be afraid to wax poetic!
4. Revel in all the positive and/or negative CR you've hoarded like some kind of CR dragon (uh ha ha).

As for Elliot, he sees Prompto as a good friend. He was one of the ones that's been around since Elliot arrived, which meant a lot since those first couple months on his own were pretty rough when you're an anxious guy. Prompto is one of those friends that you just feel better being around, you know? He never fails to bring a smile to Elliot's face.
That said, he wish he could help Prompto get more confidence in himself. He thinks the guy is a great guy and wishes Prompto could see that too. He's just going to keep being there and being positive for the guy, and hope that maybe something wears off on him. Because he gets it. Self-esteem is hard - but you deserve it Prompto!!!
