- Hello, thank you for joining us, and welcome to Aefenglom! The Intro Log will be going on later today at 3PM EST; keep an eye out for it! For now though, it's time to mingle and make friends, grab some CR, and get hopping! Usually we try to have quests out at the same time as acceptances, but the post itself will be updated tomorrow or the day after at latest -- we'll keep you in the know,
To help get this all started, we've got a nifty form for new players to fill out! Our CR/Plotting post will come a bit later, once we've got all the details for this month's event set up. Feel free to keep this either to one comment, or to split it in two - it's your choice.

Canon: stand still stay silent
Appearance: he's short and pretty
Brief: former smug rich kid still smug but less rich, now a professional (debatable) adventurer. sets fires for a living when he's not screaming and killing monsters as messily as possible. Emil tries... very hard... most of the time, but he's insecure underneath the "dad said i'm always right" attitude he was raised to have and he only has one friend, so tact is Difficult for him. he's a whiner!! if new things are difficult he prefers to give up!! this is why he'll make a GREAT witch, for sure!!! he's kind of annoying but he's very earnest and if you can get past his attitude and rampant insecurity, he's a sweet boy. he will share food with you.
also, highly important: he thinks Jurassic Park was a real place because he's from post-apocalyptic Sweden and "old world" things are basically lost relics like record players and movies... you can convince him of more or less anything because he doesn't want to look stupid, ironically enough. do this relentlessly.
Seeking/Offering: please be his friend. please generously help him with magic and in return he will bring you food? he's good for it. he's secretly a good big brother type if you want the sort of big brother who will teach you how to misbehave and also play hair salon with you. yeah!!!! negative CR is also fun? sure!!

It sounds like they actually have a lot of reasons to butt heads, tbh, since Rich's dad tends to think Rich is always wrong/a waste of space and booze money. Still, I'd be interested in where the CR could go!
