Hello, thank you for joining us, and welcome to Aefenglom! The Intro Log will be going on later today at 3PM EST; keep an eye out for it! For now though, it's time to mingle and make friends, grab some CR, and get hopping! Usually we try to have quests out at the same time as acceptances, but the post itself will be updated tomorrow or the day after at latest -- we'll keep you in the know,

To help get this all started, we've got a nifty form for new players to fill out! Our CR/Plotting post will come a bit later, once we've got all the details for this month's event set up. Feel free to keep this either to one comment, or to split it in two - it's your choice.

-cynical, pessimistic, nihilistic gremlin of a man who believes the worst in people, himself included

-contrary to how aggressively of a downer he can be, he genuinely still loves people who didn't come from the best circumstances, and he supports those who try their best to live in what he views to be an unfair and cruel world

-he has a penchant for monologuing and theatrics. here's a sample. he's always this crude and extra.

-true to the tired cliche, he's an alcoholic. so if you like to drink... come hang...

-he's aggressively helpful to everyone, regardless of who they are. it doesn't matter if he hates you, he'll help. he's weird like that

-do you want someone to butt heads with your character? boy do i have an offer for you. andersen loves to deconstruct people without their permission, so if you want some rival-like/antagonistic cr, andersen is prime material for that

-do you want a cranky grandpa in your life? andersen can do that! he can dole out advice while trying to cover up how much he cares by ranting about your faults, b-baka. he's essentially a tsundere but like. a multi-purpose tsundere with the uncanny ability to bounce off a lot of people

-if your character's fucked up in some way - like say, a serial killer or someone who's like ~i have no emotions~ - i guarantee you he'll want to know them. he fell in love with a nun who wanted to essentially become satan. it's fine, he'll be your friend

louis' canon is weird and wild, but he treats getting eaten like it's just a thing that happens too (he let a friend eat a foot and also briefly ran a mafia organization)
