November Midmonth Mod Response
Hello and a huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who has left feedback on this month's mid-month mod post! Seriously, you guys are amazing -- you've left such thoughtful, valuable advice and feedback, and it's been really exciting to see all of the productive conversations going on.
There were so many comments that instead of going through and replying to everyone individually, we wanted to put up a separate post -- to thank everyone and to talk a little bit about plans for the upcoming year.
First off: we are still reading the discussion as it continues and will be getting our thoughts in order and discussing everything brought forth as a team.
We are so touched that you all care about this game as much as we do. We're also very excited to continue to make it grow, become more fun and welcoming, and really be an awesome experience for all players. Players have directly helped this game grow and expand, and helped to build on the worldbuilding and style of the game from the very beginning. And your enthusiastic and thoughtful responses have already been immensely helpful in giving us direction, ideas, and inspiration that, we hope, will help us give player characters even more impact to shape the game in exciting ways.
2020 has been a hell of an awful year. No sugar-coating it: things suck in the real world right now. To the players who have stuck it out with us despite the craziness of everything going on, through mod team changes and bumps in the road, thank you. Thanks for your patience, understanding and kind words in this weird time.
To new players: welcome! It's great to continue to see new players in the game, and we hope you have a blast.
For the moment, game plot will remain very light going into the holidays; we will use this time to start implementing some of your suggestions and advice, as well as to hopefully work out some kinks and plan our direction for the upcoming year. Any changes that we decide to make will be announced in dedicated mod posts or future mid-month posts, depending. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
Please, don't hesitate to continue your conversations and continue to leave feedback, we're still reading comments as they come in. For those of you who may have missed it or who want to take a look and continue to leave responses to the post, you can find it here.
