He stays still until they pass the topic, then tugs on Yuki's sleeve when he mentions changing so they can get walking again.]

Some of us become Witches, which means we can use this world's magic. [Though the use of "we" probably makes it obvious enough which one Momo is, he flicks the fingers of one hand to send out an illusory shower of pink and green sparkles.] But Witch magic can build up if it's not used enough, and that can be risky. So the other kinds of people here feed off magic, and the magic here changes them...physically.

[The locals in the streets who look like they just walked out of a spooky fairytale, those on spider legs or hooves or such like, may be a bit more noticeable as they turn into a busier street on the way to the Haven.]
