Return to Dorchacht / Snatched: OOC Tracker
- Welcome to the OOC post for this month's event! Like with our previous stint in Dorchacht, and in splitting the two cities, we've decided to use the good ol' city tracker again, as it worked fantastically last time and we were able to track all recorded going-ons easily.
Just find the thread that correlates to what city your characters' actions are in and post using the form below. Each city thread has an example on it to show what we mean and how to do it, so keep it in mind when you're posting your own! While we're leaving this up entirely to player discretion - and we mean that, so please don't ask us - just remember: even small actions can have great consequences, good and bad.

Overall Effect: Was it overall a positive outcome, or a negative one? You can rate this on a scale of 1 to 5 if you'd like, or leave it vague, like "Somewhat positive" or "Definitely a bad time" and so on. Please explain your reasons for this as clearly as possible.
Proof: The thread it occurred in; if you have plans for it to happen within a thread you're still currently threading out, then you can link that here instead! You may handwave certain things, but don't expect you'll be able to do that with things that will cause a larger impact (e.g. handwaving beating up some NPCs vs murder). Remember, even the smallest action can help or hurt someone.
The cut-off for posting to this entry is February 3rd, so please ensure you get it in before then! And as a reminder, we can't do anything if you don't report it, as we don't have the time to read through every thread to completion. If you'd like consequences for your characters, or for something that affects the whole game to be game canon, then you must inform us in some way, be it on here or privately. Thank you!

Action: Acted on encouragement of her high-class fellows to vandalize the homes of refugees
Overall Effect: Overly negative, as it continued to worsen the relations and morale of the refugees' and their confidence in Aefenglom; doubles as a positive for the more stubborn folk though, who bunker down instead.

Action: burned the graffiti (picket signs planted in front of the dwellings of refugees) by use of drogon
Overall Effect: positive to any refugees, mirrorbound or sympathizer. however, anyone indifferent or against such group may view it as negative or overly aggressive.
Proof: over here in her top-level – i don't have any nibbles on threading it out, but it was an action in the top level itself so anything that comes from it can be flexible!

Action: Took samples of the Death Roses back to Aefenglom's Coven... whether they like it or not.
Overall Effect: Positive. Knowledge is power, and he didn't do it without a proper magical barrier.
Proof: Handwaves in quests, though definitely occurring after his foray into the unexplored Wilde. I'll be threading it out if I get any bites.

Action: Trailed local anti-Mirrorbound vandals and reported them to society's highest authority (i.e. moms).
Overall Effect: Like a +2 minor positive for justice through groundings and relatively non-confrontational resolution of community disputes!

Action: Counter-graffiti'd a few houses in the Aristocratic District, where resort to the court of moms was unavailing.
Overall Effect: Like a -2 minor negative for exacerbating tensions between the Mirrorbound and the upper-crust, who are probably even less fond of property damage than folks in the Haven.

Overall Effect: Overall positive because people tend to have more empathy for upset animals, potentially negative because some people hate dogs/probably wanted him to shut up.

Action: Helped out with the initial post-kidnapping investigation by breaking into a bunch of potential suspects' houses and poking around without permission.
Overall Effect: Probably a -1-ish "not great" effect, to the extent that it didn't turn up much extra of value and traipsed cheerfully past that whole "legal process" thing while the Mirrorbound were supposed to be collaborating with the City Guard. But not exactly likely to stir up much attention, what with the mass kidnapping/torture/violent breakout dealie.
Proof: Threading out the initial break-in here, handwaving that 'Miji went on to do most of the other houses on the Eastern Residential team's "person of interest" list likewise, since only the one would've turned up anything useful.

Action: tried to interrogate black market vendors, nearly goes off track before we are saved by a holy tiger
Overall Effect: negative (???) in the case that physical violence was nearly used, threats are a plenty and intimidation is a good friend. eren’s and especially dantes’ derailing might’ve lightened the load, and extra information received near and around the market will be taken to the coven, a positive turn to cooperation.

Action: hung out at the sly sea dog and got some promising investigation answers regarding the kidnapped mirrorbounds and who done it!
Overall Effect: neutral to positive. eren was a general grump at first but got around when he found something; sokie did a fantastic job at hooking the main catch in! no violence necessary, actually just some friendly interactions with citizens, tbh. also, drinking games with faun npcs.

Action: helped force the basement door open. also, scratched runic symbols and directions along the path to/from the basement dungeon to help others find their way through the traps
Overall Effect: Positive for escapees and rescuers? negative for Rathmores?? they might also be discovered if the Rathmores are looking closely. I'm open to consequences as needed!

Overall Effect: positive! no casualties or even injuries on his part, as well as actively attempting to redirect those wanting to maim or kill if he comes across them. only interested in removing the mirrorbound.

Action: Escaped the Rathmores using non-lethal means (knockouts and take-down strikes, mostly) and then reported where she was held, what she heard, and insisted on sticking around for planning to share information.
Overall Effect: Positive: didn't actually kill anyone and shared information to save kidnap victims, plus told the others that the non-Rathmores are Stupid Idiots who, while bigoted, at least didn't torture them.

Action: During the assault on the Rathmore estate, Kaede broke some limbs, dislocated some shoulders, clawed some Rathmores (and cauterized their wounds, how thoughtful of her), psychologically snapped one Rathmore over her knee as far as being afraid of the dark goes, and contributed to massive vandalism and property damage. BUT! She didn't kill anyone! She was a Good Person.
Overall Effect: It's a Bad Time to Be a Rathmore. Kaede only struck back when a Rathmore (or their accomplices) cast the first stone, she has a thin veneer of plausible deniability.
Proof: For the psychological trauma and breaking, entering, and breaking limbs and furniture, both threads ongoing.

Action: Ended up holding back a number of people who otherwise would have been causing severe injury/death to the Rathmores
Overall Effect: Positive, as it helped keep the Mirrorbound's shaky reputation intact and left more Rathmores alive for sentencing/Guard custody

Action: Immediately after escaping, Waver told the authorities and investigators as much as he could about his escape route, the conditions they were held in, the captors he could describe and all names he might have overheard. He would have provided as much detail as he could about the mansion and the traps he saw. He also agrees to testify at the trial. (and Iskandar made a grand entrance with him so that was probably kind of dramatic??)
Overall Effect: positive for the investigation and the rescue team

Action: Edelgard bit a Rathmore.
Overall Effect: Overall net positive as Edelgard did not kill the Rathmore. She managed to pull back and turned them over to a guard, woozy but with nothing worse than a couple of puncture wounds. It was her first time losing control and attacking anyone as a Vampire, and she quickly pulled away. She and Hubert von Vestra took pains not to kill anyone over the course of this thread, but they sure as hell threatened to.

Action: After returning from Dorchacht, L deliberately provoked someone in a bar back in Aefenglom to start a fight. Later on during the Snatched plot, he investigated with Myr and Thancred, their efforts focused on the Refugee District, starting with the scarves and ending up at Jude Trevils' home where an interrogation occurs.
Overall Effect: Overall, I think that L's efforts tend to be VERY good when it comes to investigation of any kind... whereas anything else will range from poor to mediocre. As L started the barfight at whatever bar is nearest the Coven's library, they probably know his face now and don't want to see him again. That aside knocked it out of the park with the investigation, and really felt fully in his element again. It went a long way toward making him feel like himself again since the SQUIP went back through its mirror. He also tried really hard to help with Divination efforts at the Coven.

Action: Back at it again, Luis has been volunteering as a guard patrolling the streets. He found a nest of Drummond sympathizers and swooped into action, taking them into custody and harming those that resisted. One may have been killed.
Overall Effect: Positive? It's another group in the bag, so there's less dissent in the streets and better morale for the new administration, and the Resistance considered his actions necessary too.
