InternetWatch conversations, meeting in dreams, and briefly passing each other at a large party just don't qualify.But they've got plenty of time and opportunities! And they've talked amicably enough so far.
There's some difference between Louis being amused by him and outright liking him, but Papyrus may not notice it... or maybe, not draw attention to it. Especially since the deer's been reasonably polite in their interactions to date. Amusement is positive enough for a start!

He's enjoyed chatting with Myr before, and would gladly do so again - and to get to know each other a little more, since he kept getting distracted into talking about others' relationships, or himself.
It'd be a surprise to him that Myr's faund enough of him to offer handholding... That's almost a bondy thing, isn't it?? And he'd want to try to reciprocate that friendship feeling.

And they should hang out more. He's been thinking... one day they could have a get-together of her and all her bonds? That sounds like a good birthday kind of thing. Or on an anniversary when she just wants a lot of reassurance and comfort.

Richie should join Papyrus on a visit to the people stuck living outside the city sometime, he takes books and reads/acts some of the stories to provide some entertainment.
That worry's probably on point, not that Papyrus would necessarily admit it... It may be a "do as I say, not as I do" thing. Or a learn from his experience thing. He's been on both sides of that, so he might or might not get fussed about it if Richie's openly concerned.

And he'd certainly love to! He was thinking of bringing his guitar out there once in a while, so that could be a cute thread.
Rich probably wouldn't bring it up unless Papyrus got himself into serious trouble... then he'd probably be sure to scold him and insist on Papyrus checking in with him more often, so they can avoid him getting hurt!
