GO CRAZY GO STUPID GO FERAL
Hi there!
Saffy here. I wanted to extend an invitation to anyone who might be interested in backdating a feral monster log to the last week of August. The long and short of it is that due to a combination of stressors from Rean's complexes, his inability to form even temporary bonds, and the Dorchacht dream episode, he is going to become a feral harpy and rampage!
This is just a little rampage, though. He won't be using his weapon so much as his claws and teeth, and that should make him slightly less lethal? He's also not a full harpy yet, so he will be flightless and easier to catch! Also, no one is dying this time, but I do need people to either be injured or injure him back (why not both?), because he needs to be subdued and taken into custody. Essentially he'll try to run after getting sufficiently hurt in threads until backup arrives.
This is definitely going to be something I'm playing by ear so there won't need to be any pre-organized teams. Of course, this does have a pre-decided outcome!
Here's a tentative timeline:
- Rean loses his cool a little while after the full moon and goes angry feral harpy mode.
- Rean appears a few different places in the city and gravitates specifically to the highest buildings in fancypants noble district because high places are where he wants to be as a Harpy.
- After hurting a bunch of people and also getting the snot beaten out of him by several more people (jesus, rean) he is eventually collected by his friends and the authorities.
- Rean spends some time in solitary until he calms down entirely, and there's some other stuff about actually maybe talking about his issues.
- Hopefully everyone is recovered enough to go on the diplomacy mission if they want!
Obviously severity of injuries etc is something that comes down to player consent. Rean will not be maiming anyone to the point of losing limbs or eyes, or death-- but I want permission from you guys OOCly to make sure this is okay!

Victim, fighter, or both?: Willing victim and... vocal protester. (because let's be real, even if she were willing to hit him, it wouldn't do any damage)
Permissions: She's going to put her efforts into trying not to get hurt too badly for his sake, but if it comes down to it getting hurt is an acceptable price for sticking by her friend. So scratch, bite, kick, punch, claw do your worst she's not budging.

Victim, fighter, or both?: Fighter! After her own near-misses with feral stuff, Fang's aware there isn't much a Monster can do for another feral Monster, other than like... knock them out or try to restrain them. She'll definitely be trying to subdue him, and probably not nicely.
Permissions: Feel free to claw her up as much as you'd like! I'd like to avoid anything debilitating with the trip to Dorchacht coming up, but other than that, go wild. That's what bandages and healing magic is for.
