Life gains a new perspective when you've watched someone lose their minds to some feral instinct and slaughter their entire family, or try to eat you. Gets even more perspective when you have lost your mind and slaughtered an entire village of innocents. (Blood: not even once)

It's not a threat against the Monsters who aren't feral, anyway. They can do whatever, she doesn't care. In fact, she actively avoids them whenever possible. Thank you for being slightly more reasonable, deerfrand.

Extremely worried she's gonna kill someone who doesn't deserve it because she seems confident her way of handling this is the right one, except murder is a horrible way to try to right the wrongs of a society. Which may not even be wrong?? He just got here but aren't there laws for this shit.

Mostly he doesn't trust her judgement to be unbiased about stabbing monsters.

She is surprisingly balanced about stabbing monsters, she has been at this game for a very, very long time. I don't really blame him about it, though. Someone's going to end up dead eventually, maybe. She has mano a mano death pacts with like four or five Monsters at this point.

from the beginning giorno saw maria as someone who didn't bullshit about who she was, and who she is is incredibly fucking dangerous. it was actually very reassuring to giorno that his first meeting with her started with him held at bladepoint, because he assumes everyone's got the capacity to turn on him at any point, so it's nice that the other shoe dropped immediately in this case :^)

he's starting to get a picture of her now as someone doing what she thinks is necessary. he doesn't think she's right, but he does think that if he got out of hand he might put himself at her mercy for the sake of not becoming the worst kind of monster.

Honestly, I think Maria's ominous message is exactly what it'll take Papyrus to have a panic attack and send him into a feral state. Are you interested in him having a passive aggressive complaint at her, going feral on the line, and her following through on that threat to hunt down monsters who've gone too animalistic?

Perhaps! Ahh, she has a fight with a Monster lined up this particular night, and even one that's NOT going to end in someone dying, it's interesting. We'll see how the conversation goes and go from there? She's not as violent as everyone seems to be reading into it, it's only really a warning but... she... will... act on it if she's put into a position where she thinks she has to.
