Weather

As Geargadas moves into the thick of summer, whispers of a weather spell begin to crop up around the Coven starting the 3rd - and on the 5th, all of Aefenglom will awaken to a winter wonderland lasting well into the rest of the month. The Witches responsible are chastised for such an overwhelming use of magic, but given the summer heat, this is less harsh of a scolding than they might have been given. The fact it primarily affects both Residential Districts, the Aristocratic District (including the Haven), and the Coven might also have something to do with it. This won't stop other people from deciding the Harbor District needs a few ice spots as well, but overall, the city's temperature steadily declines to something a little nicer than muggy and humid.

Natives still seem to be a little on-edge this month, with a distinct lack of anything red being seen around the city; the fact the skies remain a gentle pink longer than usual after dawn and earlier than usual before dusk doesn't help. The sister moons, meanwhile, continue their waxing and will be at their biggest and brightest on the 15th, so take care, take care!
