He can't use any of the abilities he's used to using, which means no flying after the harpy. He'll have to meet up with him on foot. Thankfully he's staying within the yard and not flying off to another house somewhere.
Given that they're still in the dream world, this is almost definitely a trap of some kind - but how else are they going to dispel the dream if they don't fight it?
