Were Akechi aware of Yosuke's comparative emotional intelligence, he'd be a little more cautious about his behavior. As it is, he still doesn't get any friendlier than 'pleasant but distant', though he seems a bit more relaxed once they're away from the overly-interested Monsters.

"They are, though it makes sense. Going unBonded is more immediately concerning for Monsters than Witches." Not that either of them can exactly shrug things off, but from what he's seen Witches have a few more stopgaps available to them.

Still, hearing that Yosuke actually does have a partner, Bonded or otherwise, catches Akechi's attention. A lucky guess on his part, he supposes.
