[Soundwave emerges into the vast darkness of the cavern, optics looking around hazily in the dark as he follows the line of the cave wall and the only light source: the bio-luminescent moss. He's pretty sure this isn't the Afterspark, as that place was full of light. He remembers heading into that place and not this eternal darkness. In a way, the darkness is discomforting, lonely, and sad. Is this a momentary dream?... Where does he even go?
Aimless, he continues venturing deeper into the cavern, until he stops to the sight of giant worms. They don't seem hostile, and he's not willing to test their hostility, he's giving the creatures a wide berth as he slouches against the wall, vents sighing.
At least watching the worms in their natural habitat is sort of peaceful. Not as peaceful as watching a herd of elephants, elephants aren't gross.]

B - Marketplace
[Being an unbonded 7ft tall witch robot is going to get attention. The unbonded part, especially. Soundwave is used to staring, even by his own kind, but what he's not used to is... being shoved from behind by a bunch of townsfolks, struggling because... well, he's a being made of out metal. Even so, they won't even back down from this. As they're shoving him towards another mirrorbound, they're saying things like "he's a witch", "he's lonely" or "he's bondless", to which he tries to protest.]
I told you I have no inte-
[Too late, he's shoved into a monster's general direction. "Bond with him!", they said. If he's unmasked, he would give your character an apologetic look, but his vents are sighing.]
My apologies. But they said that I need a partner for my protection. [Another sigh] I suppose we should keep each other company.
[Just so that the natives would stop bothering him. But bonding, huh... At least he's gotten over his "don't be friends with anyone" phase.]
B-ii - Disguise and judgement
[At least his avatar generator is working. Donning a simple disguise, a plain cloak, Soundwave's walking around the street in his small, young avatar form. While he's information gathering, he also inspects the stalls with curiosity and then with disgust after seeing what they're cooking and selling. And without his faceplate, his expression is more obvious.]
No thank you.
[After denying a test taste from the vendor, a skewer of cooked bugs, Soundwave spins his heels around and leaves the stall without another word. But stops after a few feet away, looking back to see someone snacking on the cooked bugs. His frowns deepen.]
They would eat that?
