I don't know enough magical theory to know what kind of an effect spiritual frequency could have, but that sounds...possible....

When I use it...tired? It feels like I had to sprint across a large room. And, um. When I think about it, I felt a little colder. I thought it was just the air around me since I was using ice, but...I think it felt like I got a little cooler just before I made the ice. Not very much, though.
