- Juril's temperatures around Aefenglom continue the trend and stay up there, covering the city with a blanket of oppressive heat. A few scattered thunderstorms in the first half of the month lend their humidity as well, making the air feel sticky. More enterprising Witches who specialize in ice magic can be found around the city selling delightful frozen treats to beat the heat; they might raise their prices a little, but supply and demand, right?
Meanwhile, deep into the Wilde, snowstorms pile icy snow over the paths that have already been cleared, rendering progress useless. Drifts build up high around the entrance to the Underground, threatening to block it off with ice if not cleared regularly.
The Sisters are full on the 5th this month, but diviners are predicting a full lunar eclipse. Monsters may find their instincts somewhat tamed, but they expect for Witches an odd increase in power. Mirrorbound, who usually reach their full magic potential on the new moons instead, may even be affected.
